i just want to escape but i don’t even know what i would be escaping anymore
it’s like i’m trying to run away from sadness itself but sadness is not a tangible thing and it doesn’t stay in one spot so simply packing my bags and leaving wouldn’t make me any less sad
I just watched I Am SAM,
I am sam is a 2001 american movie that was directed and written by jessie nelson, It is story about a retarded father who’s name is SAM ( played by Sean Penn) that has a 7 year old daughter named Lucy (Played by Dakota Fanning). Knowing that SAM has a development disability he loved his daughter with all his heart but Lucy is taken away from Sam by a social worker because of his disability. Then Sam met Rita Harrison ( Played by Michelle Pfeiffer) a Lawyer that will help Sam win Lucy back to his custody.
My say: well, when I first watched this movie which was a year ago, I really cried because of jealousy, I’m jealous of the love and care that Sam gave to lucy knowing that sam has a disability. ( I just wished my father would do the same or not just show me he cares for me) enough of my drama.
It was a very good movie, definitely one of my favorite. not only it will touch your heart you’ll also learn a lot from it.
